Whole Wheat Cheela (Savory Pancakes)

This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a nutritious breakfast, snack, or light meal.
Ingredients:
1 cup Sahaj Bhog Atta
½ cup finely chopped onions
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum (bell peppers)
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
Salt to taste
Water as needed to make a smooth batter
Oil or ghee for cooking
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine Sahaj Bhog Atta, onions, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilies (if using), turmeric powder, red chili powder (if using), and salt.
Gradually add water, mixing well to form a smooth, lump-free batter of medium consistency (like dosa batter).
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil or ghee.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the hot pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin pancake.
Cook on medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown. Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges.
Flip gently and cook the other side until it is also golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney, yogurt, or pickle.
